Inspine Therapy is a one-stop rehab clinic in Port Moody, Coquitlam and Langley that provides services such as Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Registered Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Naturopath, Active Rehabilitation, Clinical Counselling, and Pilates.
We are an experienced, friendly team whose mission it is to assist and hasten your recovery from an injury, illness, or medical procedure.

For Pilates and Balanced Living
Inspine Pilates is affiliated with Inspine Therapy, and our focus is on quality teaching. We’re striving for an environment where pilates instructors will have the opportunity to grow in their profession and become more confident in the skills that they teach. In addition, teaching with intention, integrity, and care to the individual to deliver the best Pilates technique in Mind, Body and Spirit.
We aim to maintain quality instruction and offer professional Pilates strength training and conditioning in the Traditional Pilates Method. Inspine Pilates offers a variety of classes, from private sessions, group classes for beginners through advanced levels, pilates equipment sessions, and mat-based exercise for all levels.

Inspine Academy is a learning community for many therapists and instructors working at Inspine Therapy. We provide a gathering place for therapists and instructors to share knowledge and skills and improve their abilities to maintain a high level of education.

Clinic Director

Chris Kim

Chris is the founder of Inspine Therapy, a one-stop health and rehab clinic in Vancouver, Canada. Chris has completed Langara’s 3,000-hour Registered Massage Therapy program and hopes to inspire others to follow his example. Outside of clinic, Chris enjoys reading, playing golf and soccer, and hiking with his two daughters and beautiful wife.
