Registered Clinical Counselling
At Inspine, we are proud to have a team of Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCCs) dedicated to providing personalized counselling and therapy services . Our RCCs work with clients to identify their strengths, set goals, develop action plans, and work towards positive change. Through exploring thoughts and feelings, our RCCs help clients gain insights into the underlying causes of their challenges and teach them new ways of thinking and behaving.

Claire Nicol
Registered Clinical Counsellor
The client/counsellor relationship determines how best to move forward, with informed consent and clearly defined goals. Trauma, both great and small, is a common denominator for many mental health challenges. For children especially, experiences can manifest as attention deficits, defiance, depression and/or anxiety.
