" Mahan holds a Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy from Shiraz University and a Master’s in Sports Physiotherapy from Iran University of Medical Sciences. She expanded her expertise in India through intensive yoga and yoga therapy training, inspiring her to integrate mind-body practices into physiotherapy. Now pursuing a PhD at the University of Manitoba, her research explores the mental aspects of physical pain. "

Nancy is a skilled physiotherapist with expertise in orthopaedics, cardiopulmonary, and neuromuscular rehabilitation. She combines manual therapy, dry needling, and personalized exercises to create effective, tailored treatment plans. Trained in STOTT Clinical Pilates, Nancy ensures every session is engaging and empowering, helping clients take charge of their recovery.

Our instructors at Inspine are here to help you improve your overall fitness and well-being through the Pilates method! Our highly skilled instructors will work with you on a one-on-one basis, or in group classes, to teach the principles of core strength, flexibility, and control of movement. They will use a variety of Pilates equipment to help you perform exercises that target the deep abdominal and back muscles, as well as the whole body.

I discovered Pilates, realizing its power in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and improving movement efficiency. Now, I specialize in creating personalized training programs that combine science, movement, and functional strength, particularly for injury recovery and aging populations.
